ROOM BIDDING, as we are back open to the public, room bidding and viewing of auctions is allowed again. Please ring or email if you wish to bid live in the room and/or view as this will be by appointment only and we will have room capacity for all our auction rooms. 

ONLINE, via our website, this connects to www.easyliveauctions.com and www.the-saleroom.com. Please note: additional fees apply

TELEPHONE, please contact the office on (+44)161 432 1911 to book a telephone line, telephone bids must be received by 10am GMT, on the morning of sale, Please note: there are a limited amount of phone lines available so please book early

COMMISSION, we do not have an on-line form so either email capesdunn@gmail.com or telephone (+44)161 432 1911, details of our bidding increments can be found on the on-line sale listings under our terms of business. Commission bids must be received by 10am on the morning of sale

 

Payment- ALL GOODS MUST BE PAID FOR WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE SALE

Our preferred method of payment during this time is by Bank Transfer or, for transactions up to £500, via telephone using a UK registered debit card

Collection in person or via courier- ALL GOODS TO BE COLLECTED OR ARRANGEMENTS CONFIRMED WITH OURSELVES, BY THE FRIDAY OF THE WEEK OF SALE

We will not release goods to a courier unless we have received email notification by yourselves to do so

Report to reception upon arrival, please use the hand sanitiser provided on the wall beside the front door before entering the premises.

If collections overrun you will be asked to wait in your vehicle and wait for our instruction, while your goods are made ready.
